How is Findie different from Upwork or a creative agency?+

Unlike open marketplaces, every creative on Findie has been individually vetted — only 2 in 10 applicants are accepted. Unlike traditional agencies, you know exactly who is working on your project and can scale up or down without long-term commitments. Findie gives you agency-level quality and management at a fraction of the cost.

What services does Findie offer?+

Findie specializes in Brand Identity and Design, Motion and Video, Social Media and Content, UX/UI and Web Design, and Custom Creative Teams. All work is delivered by vetted professionals from Latin America, individually selected for each project.

How is pricing defined?+

Each project is scoped individually based on complexity, timeline, and required expertise. Single Project engagements start at $20 USD per hour. Creative Team plans start at $2,000 USD per month, and White Glove starts at $4,000 USD per month. You receive a clear proposal before anything begins.

How does Findie select its creative talent?+

Only 2 in 10 applicants are accepted into the Findie network. Every candidate is individually evaluated on portfolio quality, technical skills, and professional reliability — not just availability. This means every creative you work with has been hand-selected, not self-listed.

How do you verify a creative's portfolio work?+

Every creative is interviewed before joining the network. We ask them to walk us through specific projects: the brief, the decisions they made, and how the work actually came together. If something doesn't add up, they don't get in.

Can I pick my creative?+

We curate and present the most relevant creative profiles for your project. You review the options and confirm the right fit before work begins.
